Mammootty charms Discovery team

This Wednesday was quite a different one for Discovery Channel's 'Travel and Living' programme's host Anthony Bourdain and his crew. After finding out the biggest movie name in the south, they were trying to have a personal chat with the megastar Mammootty in the sets of his new movie 'Pokkiri Raja'.

But the star took it as a honour to become the cultural ambassador of the state and floored his visitors with warm hospitality and exquisite home made dishes.

Mammootty shared the ‘puttu’ and ‘meen curry' that he had brought from home, with Anthony Bourdain and crew. He also spared enough time to answer the questions of the crew about the delicacies of Kerala. Antony was particularly interested in the food habits of the shooting crew and also of the stunt artists. The crew also shot the activity in the sets and the action sequences that the Mammootty and co were involved, on the day.

After being with the megastar and director Vysakh for few hours, the international crew left for their routine, overwhelmed with the humble manoeuvres of the supreme star of Mollywood.
