Bollywood attractive Deepshikha Nagpal has finally donned the helmer’s cap. The lovely beauty who has worked with Shahrukh (Koyla, Baadshah) and Salman-Govinda in (Partner) has finally decided to fulfill her dream of being a director. The actress has gone a step ahead and has also penned the story of her first directorial venture titled ‘Yeh Dooriyan’ which is a love story and its stars K K Menon, Chitrashi Rawat, and a newcomer while Deepshikha is playing the lead.
The actress admits that it’s not going to be easy handling all departments but she believes in herself and says, “I am a go getter and always believe in trying my luck.”
Few know that Deepshikha comes from a filmy family, “My nana Vithaldas Panchotia (Better known as Master Vithal) hailed from the silent era and had given a break to Dada Muni, Ashok Kumar. My mother was a Gujarati film producer and an actress, my father was also a filmmaker, so I have eaten, drank and slept cinema. In this way, my turning to film making is but a natural conclusion.”
Two chirpy numbers with Meet Brothers had already being recorded and the shooting has already kicked off with the first schedule in Goa.
