Big Releases in Mollywood Today


Today (May 7), is going to be the biggest Friday in the history of modern Malayalam cinema!

For the first time in many, many years, there is going to be a direct conflict between Mammootty and Mohanlal. On the same day the ‘numero uno’ director Sathyan Anthikad’s new Jayaram film 'Katha Thudarunnu' is also releasing.

The Kerala audiences have never been so spoiled with choice of movies. The ban on the release of new Malayalam films has been lifted, after a “temporary truce” has been arrived upon by the feuding distributors and exhibitors.

It means the Mammooty-Prithviraj Pokkiri Raja, Mohanlal’s Alexander the Great and Sathyan Anthikad’s Katha Thudarum are releasing simultaneously today (May 7), all over Kerala.
