Ranjitha Nair - A new Nair girl in Kollywood

Ranjitha Nair is the new Malayalee girl to try her luck in Kollywood.

The Bangalore based Rajnjithaa, has added an extra ‘a’ to her name, to avoid being confused with old timer actress Ranjitha of Nithyananda Swamy sex scandal fame.

Ranjitha is doing the heroine’s role in one time leading producer KT Kunjumon’s new untitled film with all newcomers.

Kunjumon is known as the “man with the midas touch”, who has introduced girls like Nagma and director Shankar to Tamil screen.

Kunjumon will be starting his new film in June after the release of his Kathalikku Maranam Illai in May.

Ranjitha is already playing second lead in the Malayalam film Chaverpada.
